We ship orders on the same day if placed before 4pm EST. We ship via USPS priority mail unless you choose to pay for express shipping. USPS priority typically takes between 2-4 business days but may take longer in some instances. Please let us know if your package still hasn’t arrived within 5 business days and we will look into the issue.
